Many of our products are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. Because of this, production begins shortly after an order is placed.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. Vestonekraft is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

All designs, logos, product images, and content on this website are the property of Vestonekraft and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vestonekraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
