At Vestonekraft, many of our products are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. Please review all product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Apparel (Final Sale)
All made-to-order apparel items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, preference, or change of mind.
Display Cases & Physical Products
Due to the nature of our products and packaging, we do not accept returns or exchanges for unused items, unwanted items, or change-of-mind purchases.
We will provide a replacement or refund if:
• The item arrives defective
• The wrong item was sent
• The item was damaged during shipping
• There is a manufacturing defect
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return instructions will only be provided after your claim has been reviewed and approved.
Refunds
If your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
