At Vestonekraft, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following return policy before placing your order.
Custom & Made-to-Order Apparel
Many of our apparel items are made to order and may include custom embroidery or personalization.
Custom and personalized apparel is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Personal preference
We will gladly replace or refund apparel if:
The item arrives damaged
The wrong item was sent
There is a manufacturing defect
The item is defective upon arrival
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
Gym Accessories (ODIN'S IRON TEMPLE)
The following products may be returned within 14 days of delivery:
Lifting Belts
Wrist Straps
Resistance Bands
Waist Trimmers
Gym Towels
Socks
Other eligible gym accessories
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unused
In their original condition
In the original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
The item is defective
The item arrived damaged
The incorrect item was received
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Acrylic Display Cases
Due to the size and nature of these products, acrylic display cases may only be returned if:
The item arrives damaged
The wrong item was sent
There is a manufacturing defect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the product and its packaging.
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved.
