All Vestonekraft products are made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout when available.

• International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs

Tracking Information

International Orders & Customs

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Vestonekraft is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.

We will review each case and may provide:
